Allocated CPU is the processing power reserved for your account, measured in GHz. Concurrent processes are how many operations your site can run at the same time — for example, how many visitors can simultaneously load a page that queries the database. We list them explicitly because these are the limits that matter in practice, not disk space.
No. The price shown is the price you pay at renewal too. We do not run a promotional first-year price followed by an increase.
The .ro domain is included depending on the period paid upfront: annual billing on the Standard plan, 6 months on Advanced and 3 months on Professional. It is registered in your name, not ours.

Yes. You can create mailboxes on your domain directly from cPanel, with access via webmail, IMAP and POP3. When migrating from another host, we move your existing email too.
