The price does not go up at renewal
There is no promotional first-year price followed by an increase. The price shown now is what you pay two years from now, for as long as the plan stays on offer.
Limits are written down, not hidden
CPU, memory and concurrent processes are listed explicitly on every plan. We prefer numbers you can compare to the word “unlimited”.
You restore backups yourself
JetBackup copies are made daily and you restore from cPanel, at whatever time you need. You do not depend on our working hours.
The Windows licence is not included
On Windows VPS servers, the licence is bought separately. We say so before you order, on the product page, not in the terms.
Limits
What we do not promise
The part most providers leave unwritten. It is here because finding it out after paying costs more than reading it before.
- We have no public reviews and we do not display a rating. When real reviews exist, verifiable at the source, they will appear here.
- We are not a data centre of our own. We rent infrastructure, like most providers of our size.
- We do not offer financial compensation for outages. A provider of our size that promised that would be promising something it cannot cover.
- We do not manage VPS servers for you. Root is yours, and so is the responsibility.

How long has LowPings existed?
It depends what you are asking, and there are three different dates, all true. The hosting service has been running on lowpings.ro since 2017-10-07, verifiable in the ROTLD whois. Why is no VAT added to the prices?
Because the company is not VAT registered. The price shown is the final price: nothing is added on top at checkout. The status can be checked in ANAF's register of persons registered for VAT purposes, by tax ID.
Where are the servers?
In Romania and in Europe, depending on the service. We do not own the data centre; we rent infrastructure, like most providers of our size. If location matters for your project — for latency or for legal requirements — ask before ordering and we will tell you exactly where the service you are buying ends up.
Do you have reviews?
Not yet, and we do not display a made-up rating to look as if we do. The site's structured data emits no rating for as long as there are no real reviews — fabricated review markup directly violates Google's guidelines and gets penalised. When reviews verifiable at the source exist, they will appear here.
What happens if I want to leave?
The domain is in your name, so you transfer it without our consent. You download your files and databases from cPanel, in standard formats, at any time. There is no exit fee and we do not block transfers. A provider that makes leaving difficult is telling you something about what the relationship will look like.
