A store without HTTPS loses customers at checkout and is penalised in search. Let's Encrypt SSL is included and renews automatically on every plan, at no extra cost.
Presta 1 is the starting point for a small store: 25 GB, 10 GHz CPU, 5 GB memory and 50 concurrent processes. Presta 2 doubles the processes to 100 and goes up to 14 GHz, for steady daily orders. Presta 3 is for a large catalogue: 100 GB and 18 GHz. If you run campaigns with big traffic spikes, ask us first — the right answer may be a VPS.
Order confirmations, password resets and shipping notifications are sent from your store. Mailboxes on your domain are included. If you send a high volume of transactional email, talk to us about a dedicated sending service — deliverability matters more than cost there.

Presta 3 for a large catalogue and campaigns: 100 GB, 18 GHz, 7 GB. Tell us how many products and how much traffic you have and we will give you a straight answer — including when the right answer is a VPS.
It depends on the peak. The limit is the concurrent processes written on the plan: 50 on Presta 1, 100 on Presta 2 and Presta 3. A campaign that brings more visitors than that at the same moment puts the next ones in a queue. If you are planning Black Friday or a big paid campaign, ask us beforehand, not on the day.
Not on the same plan: each PrestaShop plan is sized for one store, and the specifications say so. For a second store you take a second plan or move to a VPS, where you split the resources as you like. We tell you this before you order precisely so you do not discover the limit after moving the first store.
