Why separate accounts matter
A client portfolio in a single account works until the day it doesn't.
Each client has their own account
You do not cram ten websites into one shared account. Each client gets their own cPanel, with their own password and their own limits — so a client who fills up their storage does not affect the others.
You control the packages from WHM
You create your own packages with whatever limits you want, create accounts, suspend them, move resources between them. We do not talk to your clients and we do not appear anywhere in their panel.
When something breaks, the client calls you
That is why it matters how fast you can reach the right button. You have WHM, you have the backups, you have control. And if the problem is on our side, you message us on WhatsApp instead of going through a tier-one agent reading from a manual.
You invoice however you like
The commercial relationship with your clients is yours. We invoice you for the reseller plan, with an invoice issued by a Romanian company with a tax ID, for your bookkeeping.

How is this different from a hosting plan with unlimited websites?
On a regular plan, all websites live in the same cPanel account: the same files, the same user, the same shared limits. With reseller hosting, each client gets a separate cPanel account, with their own username and password, isolated from the rest. The difference matters on the day a client wants access to their own site only, or on the day one of them uses up all the storage.
Does the LowPings name appear in my clients' panel?
You can customise the look of the cPanel accounts from WHM. Talk to us about the level of customisation you need and we will tell you exactly what can be configured on your plan — we would rather check than make a generic “white label” promise.
What happens if a client exceeds their resources?
You set the limits yourself, per package, in WHM. When a client approaches the limit you gave them, you see it in WHM and you decide: increase their package, ask them to optimise, or move them to a bigger plan. Your other clients are not affected.
Will you migrate my clients from my current provider?
Yes, we handle the migration. For an entire portfolio, first tell us how many accounts you have and which panel they are on now, so we can agree the order and the migration window. We do not move ten client sites in the same evening without a plan.
Which plan do I need?
It depends on how many accounts you want to host. Starter covers 15 cPanel accounts and 25 GB, Standard 30 accounts and 50 GB, Advanced 60 accounts and 100 GB. Choose by number of clients, not by storage — as a rule, the accounts run out before the gigabytes do.
Can I upgrade as my client base grows?
Yes, with no downtime for existing accounts, paying the pro-rated difference for the remaining period. Your clients will not notice a thing.
