Delivery and refund policy
Read it before you pay.

It is short and it is categorical: digital services that have been delivered are not returned and are not refunded. We put it in plain sight instead of burying it in clause 14.3, because it is the kind of thing you need to know before you pay, not afterwards.

This English version is provided for convenience. The Romanian original is the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Delivery and refund policy of LOWPINGS DIGITAL SERVICES SRL

We do not accept returns of any kind and we do not issue refunds. Virtual online services cannot be defective in a way that would require them to be returned.

Any abusive attempt to recover amounts paid to our company will be treated as fraud and dealt with accordingly.

PayPal claims and disputes are automatically rejected, whatever the reason given. The same rule applies to payments made by credit or debit card.

LOWPINGS DIGITAL SERVICES SRL is under no obligation to supply add-ons, plugins, files, operating systems or other extras that are normally available free of charge on the internet and can be installed by the customer. Such requests will either be charged for, if our time allows, or refused outright. The customer is solely responsible for administering the services they have purchased.
